OUR FOUNDER

Meet Clint Tomlinson

Founded on a vision for honest, well built spaces and a commitment to craft, Clint leads Canyon Creek Design Build with integrity and passion.

With over 40 years in construction and business management, Clint brings experience, leadership, and a hands on approach to every project. Clints father owned a construction company and instilled in him the importance of honesty, Craftsmanship and Exceptional Customer Service.

His philosophy is simple: treat every home like we are building it for our own family.

Hands On Leadership

Clint is involved in every project from start to finish. From Day One he guides clients through the building process with a hands on approach.

Client Centered Approach

He listens first and builds relationships that last. He has clients that have comeback five to eight times for additional projects.

Uncompromising Quality

He believes the details define the experience. His father said to always give more than the client expects, to be on time and on budget and Clint has stuck to those words of wisdom.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We were delighted to work with Clint and his team for the third time, this time on a master bath renovation. They converted an outdated garden tub to a beautiful and comfortable walk-in shower, and completely updated our small bathroom with new cabinetry, tile, and fixtures. The space now feels luxurious, airy, and more spacious than before. Clint and the entire Canyon Creek team deliver a polished and professional result, and Danielle's design was right on target for our needs and preferences. There's a reason we keep coming back to Canyon Creek Design Build!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Update: Clint and his team did amazing work on our first project together (orginal review), so we knew we wanted to work with them again on this larger project (remodeling our kitchen, replacing the flooring and painting our entire first floor, replacing our backyard deck). Once again, Clint and his team were wonderful! They are detail oriented, communicative, considerate and skilled. We would highly recommend them!

My husband and I wanted to add a bathroom to our house in an existing closet. This project involved adding rough plumbing to an upstairs room. We had no experience with remodeling and we were not sure how to make it happen. We talked to a few construction companies recommended by friends and positive online reviews. Canyon Creek Design Build stood out as the best choice. Clint Tomlinson (CEO/CFO/Project Manager) impressed us with his knowledge and experience in the industry as well as his genuine interest in working with us. He gave us a reasonable and accurate estimate for the cost of the remodel and for the amount of time it would take to complete.
Throughout our project, Clint was available to answer questions and address any concerns immediately, always making sure we were happy with the results. All of the contractors and employees were friendly, professional and cleaned up as they went, which made it possible to live in our house while the work was getting done. We loved working with Danielle Wilkerson (Interior Design/Project Manager) to find the look we wanted and to make sure all of the elements came together beautifully. This experience was a positive one and we look forward to working with Canyon Creek Design Build on our next project!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We hired Canyon Creek DB (Clint) to remodel our laundry room. This was our first significant project in our home, and it included demolition, utility relocation, wall in-fill, new gyp, flooring, lighting, cabinetry, solid surfaces, wall textures and painting. Clint and his crews were timely, professional and extremely client focused. I recommend Canyon Creek Design-Build!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We are so happy to have chosen Canyon Creek Design Build for our home addition. This was our first major renovation and Clint was there with us all along the way - providing great design ideas, working with the architect, getting approvals from the city, and orchestrating all the stand up crews that were needed to make it come to life. Pleasant to work with, quality work, on time, and on budget are a few of the many reasons we will be coming back to Canyon Creek Design Build for our next project.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Clint and his team recently completed a project for us on our patio. They demolished the old patio and 20+ year-old fiberglass cover, and replaced with an awesome screen-in room, including in insulated roof extension and tongue and groove ceiling. Everything went smoothly, came in at budget, and we love it. We will definitely be calling them back for our next project.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The Canyon Creek team just finished a bathroom remodel for us and the final product is perfect. Everyone on Clint's team is efficient and pleasant to work with. This is the second time we have worked with Clint and his team, and it was as easy and seamless as the first time. We look forward to working with Canyon Creek again.
